Friendly service and good work. Booking dates may be more distant than expected, but the great rates makes him worth the wait. They made two visits for my dishwasher; 1 to view and discover the repair was not worth doing, then the second to remove and install a new one. I was stressed thinking two visits to Summerland and the time involved would break my bank, but I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came in less than expected. I'm grateful and fully recommend them.

Unfortunately, I need to leave a bad review for this business. I feel ripped off and scammed. The washer/dryer stacker we purchased for almost $700 was not wired correctly and shorted the circuit board, plus the pump was leaking. This product did not even work for 20 days...Unfortunately, due to renovations and wait time, our warranty had expired. Carlos refused to stand by his product, offering us a mere $100 to return the broken beyond repair unit. I feel I would have been better off to burn $700 in a fire!!! Would not recommend :(

I didn't meet the owner when I was there today BUT the 2 gentlemen who were working today were very kind & helpful. I was looking for lost keys. When I need appliances I will shop here. I'm so impressed by their selection & prices!

Seemed like a decent place with decent machines. I had a friend pick up this double stacker for me. I’m pretty happy with it except it’s not very clean. Lots of floating things in the water and then that centre spout piece is pretty gross.

Great purchase. No issues. Two months later the dryer began to squeal a bit. It took me a month to phone them and then another month to find a time in my schedule to meet them. Carlos was impressive. Great service and all covered under warranty!

Carlo, on a Saturday at 4, came over numerous times to fix our washer.Frustrating issues, he stuck around til he figured it out, PLUS re doing the venting and re installing the bi fold doors.Then floored me with the price.Couldn’t be happier!Jay from Big Jay Concrete and Express

After reading some of the rude reviews, I decided to post my own review.Carlos was nothing but fantastic. Not only did he put an appliance on hold for us for over three weeks (with no deposit asked), he actively worked with me to find an appliance we were specifically seeking. On top of this, they delivered and installed the new appliances all the way in Kelowna for us.Carlos kept in regular contact with me letting me know what appliances he found, and worked with me to help us get what we wanted.I wish nothing but the best for Carlos and his team, and will highly recommend this spot to anyone in the Okanagan.

These guys fixed my Samsung fridge that had been icing up off and on for 2 years, started malfunctioning the same month the warranty expired. They charged $80 for a visit out to Naramata, arrived right on schedule, and replaced a part that he thought would fix it. It didn't, but he came out 2 more times at no charge, and did end up fixing it, total parts and labour $150. There was no up charge compared to the prices I saw for the parts online. My fridge has not iced up since then, almost 2 years ago. Tony's was dedicated to fixing my fridge (I didn't even buy it from them) and gave me a very good price. I trust these guys. I am reviewing very late because I just watched a Marketplace on unscrupulous appliance repairman, and I just wanted to relay my very pleasant experience with Tony's.
