Best pizza in town! This place was recommended by family who live in town and we were not disappointed. Great service. Pizza was fresh and loaded with toppings and cheese.

We were heading to Madoc and craving Pizza. We Googled options and liked the reviews we read, so we called to enquire about their hours and the order lead-time needed. They were very welcoming both over the phone and then in person. They fiilled our take-out order within 20 minutes. The pizza was awesome! They are generous with toppings, the crust is good and the pizza is cooked to perfection. We will return and we will happily recommend Gordino's in Madoc to anyone who asks. Good Job, Gordino's team!

Being from out of town, and making a last minute decision to support a local pizza place rather than a McDonald's I was absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated from the young woman working.She made a super snotty comment because I arrived 8 minutes earlier than the time she quoted me on the phone and it wasloud enough I heard her, so I decided to go wait outside the front door, i stood out there for about 10 minutes and popped my head in to see all my food packaged up sitting on the oven and them all cleaning instead of saying hey its done. They just let it sit there.I found the customer service was so terrible I will not go back.Sad you hire people who treat your customers like this!

Big city pizza in a little town of a dog is quite refreshing and completely on point. The crust was debatably some of the best I have ever had in addition to super fresh toppings. What really allows this place the five star Reading was the staff, their friendliness and understanding particularly during these tumultuous times of kerbside delivery. After placing the order on the phone and explaining how long it would take me to get there, it was only pulled from the oven moments before my arrival. Super considerate, dynamite meal. Thanks!

Great pizza. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. I ordered ahead and it was ready when I arrived. Medium meat lovers was perfect for my long drive home.

Very impressed with some absolutely delicious pizza! The pick up special is stellar - 2 large 3 topping pizzas at $34. Softest crust ever, lots of cheese. The staff was also very personable and polite. Definitely will order again.

Very frustrated. My family ordered pizza at 3:00pm for pickup at 5:00pm the same evening. I went and picked up both pizzas at that time and upon arriving home we realized one of the pizzas did not have the toppings that we asked for. We called and asked if they could honour the fact they gave us the wrong pizza, and if we could get another with the correct toppings. The owner argued for 3 minutes and finally agreed. We went down to pick up the new pizza, and instead of having it on top of the oven to stay warm, our pizza was sitting on the counter COLD. The owner then proceeded to insult us and imply we were just trying to get a free pizza! We have been loyal customers there for years, and have always ordered the same pizza. It would not have been a problem if the pizza they messed up could’ve been eaten, but there were 3/7 people at the house who weren’t able to eat the wrong pizza they gave us. Such a shame the old owners were fantastic, new owners not so much… definitely will not be going back ever again.
