After my hot tub motor failed in 2022, I reached out to Pond's Pools for a quote on a replacement. I was pleased to receive a timely response and price I thought was fair. The technician, Brandon, who came to handle the upgrade was an absolute professional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain to me what was happening at each step of the installation and provided me with some helpful tips on how to prolong the life of my hot tub.Brandon followed up with me to make sure everything was still working well and that I didn't have any additional questions or concerns. I would absolutely use their service again.

TERRIBLE communicatin and service. Longtime customer, always paid on time. Been trying to get service for the last two months and just received an email saying We will not come to your location". No explanation

After having a terrible experience with another pool company, we were left picking up the pieces to finish our in-ground pool. Marc and his team quickly rose to the occasion to help with some guidance on the pool completion and also measured and installed our liner while also resurfacing the pool bottom, hooking up skimmers, drains, returns etc. Marc and his team were super responsive with great communication (something that seems very difficult to find in the local pool industry). They had fair pricing and always showed up when they said they would. The installers really knew what they were doing and did a great job. Really appreciate all the help and work that Marc and his team provided. Now we are finally enjoying our new pool!
