Awesome bikes! We had a small issue after renting with an overcharge on the credit card. Coast answered our email immediately, personally and untimely very fairly. Will be happy to use them again.

Love this company! Great costumer service, and excellent bikes and scooters. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Coast if you are in need of bike and scooter rentals!

well, I'd like to be hands-off with an LGBQ small business start-up. but the bikes in the website are pretty bad. first, the bikes. I am 6 ft 2in tall, and it was way way too small. the seat would not go up anymore and my knees were tremendously bent while cycling. very painful for the 21 minutes that I went! next, the gears would not switch. it stayed in gear 7 which was not a huge problem because there was electric assist. but was it supposed to stay in gear 7? The website does not give me a clue. the website: many links do not work. many links are duplicated. there is text at the bottom to ask you to edit the website. it was clearly made with a free website template and they haven't even finished it yet! there's no explanation how to find bikes, how to get a bike location map, where to return the bikes, etc etc. do I have to return it at one of the stations ? there is no bike dock so I would seemingly be able to return it anywhere. The website would not tell me. considering the fact that I picked up the bike at a random location that was not marked as a bike share location on their map it was extremely confusing. it makes no sense at all all....

We rented 2 electric bikes and got a wonderful trip for the first 2 hours. But after that, one bike was broken for no reason at province lands bike trails that don't have cell service. So I had to push it more than 30 minutes to Herring Cove Beach where I can contact them by phone. They asked me to park the broken bike and didn't give me any replacement service. Therefore, I had to sit in the back seat of my friend's bike. If you rented this electric bike, you will understand the back seat is not for sitting a person. This experience ruined our moods and we returned the bike 1 hour earlier. When I emailed them, Coast said they offered a limited refund because they needed to pay for repair. As a consumer, I preferred to get a 65% refund for the broken one because it was not my fault. There is no right or wrong solution. When you see this experience, you can make your own decision.Meanwhile, they said riding to an isolated area with no cell service is not their responsibility. But actually, there are only a few points of bike lanes you can get cell service. So either you only ride downtown or you need to solve almost all problems you meet in province lands bike trails alone.To reply the response: I never said thank for giving me the discount. I kept saying that I disagree with the refund you give to me. You said a large slice through the tire but I did not find it when I locked it beside the beach. Meanwhile, my friend and I didn't say we damaged the tire. To emphasize, the tire was broken for no reason! When we ride it after parking for a short time, we found the tire didn't work.

Coast has been nothing but great to me for the last 3 years. I recommend them to everyone I know who is heading to Ptown.This past Memorial Day, one of the scooters got a flat and they made sure to take care of it as quick as possible. Can’t ask for better customer service!

We used Coast Provincetown for a bachelorette party on scooters! It was so fun seeing Provincetown. The owners are wonderful, so friendly, and knowledgeable about the town. They’re quick to respond and we had the best time. Highly recommend coast!

Amazing experience!! Erica could not have been more helpful, we had a few questions and came right down to assist us. We had a large party and got started 15 minutes later than we planned so she added an hour to our reservation for free and even gave us a free upgrade!! I would recommend Coast to anyone visiting Providence, it was the highlight of our bachelorette trip!

Scam would not let us stop the ride and charged us a huge fee. Customer service was not able to help. Would not use.
