Go to any other CPAP supply store. First, they are criminally overpriced. All of their masks are hundreds of dollars more expensive for the exact same product elsewhere. Second, the customer service is horrible. The sales rep treat you like you need them more then they need you. They make you feel like you are bothering them by just being there. They are absolutely incompetent when it comes to product information. The sales rep pretends to know about all of there products but most of his advice is completely different than any of the reviews found online. I took his advice initially and really struggled to find a product that worked for me. He advised against a specific product that had excellent reviews online. I chose to ignore him and I bought it anyway. It was exactly what I needed. Go anywhere else to avoid the hassle that comes with being a unappreciated customer here.

Poor service. Will not help those in need. Only concerned about extra billing. Save yourself the waste of time. Go elsewhere
