Overall KFC has lost its original touch. Its now all commercial, expensive, too SALTY and low/poor quality chicken. This is goes for all locations and I am not pointing or blaming this particular location. Its a chain wide problem. I even don't think that KFC bosses or HQ even care as there so many negative reviews. Do the even read reviews and action? I guess not!!! This was my last of KFC food intake!!!

I ordered from this location last night and came away impressed! I ordered online, and although it was a few minutes late, the staff were friendly, apologetic, and accommodating. When I got home I discovered they gave me 5 wings for free as well! I did notice the gravy tasted a bit off, but it’s been a while since I’ve ordered from KFC so maybe the recipe has changed. Just a note to double check the dipping sauces as 2 of the 3 I got were incorrect but I still enjoyed my meal despite that. No complaints and I would order from here again!

I’ve been to this KFC/Taco Bell many times over the years and the experience hasn’t changed. It's has been very poorly managed since the day it opened. The drivethru is very slow (on average, 45 minutes), something from my order is missing that was on the bill, and 90% of the time, the food is cold. I think I’ll stick to home tacos from now on

Very poor food quality and service. The tenders we ordered were really salty. And we were not able to eat more than a bite. I bought this to the managers concern and she didn't do anything. She just said tenders are always salty. That's not a good response, and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Wasted our money . Don't eat there. Threw out our tenders. So bad service and food quality

Worst service ever. (My video says it all)I went in the drive-through and got the manager “ANE” i asked her to switch something in my order and rather than politely explain why not, she answered with the rudest tone! After i asked her why not. She then leaves me hanging! I asked where did she go after making me wait, she comes back screaming i cant change anything in the order i asked her nicely to apologize and to put in the order, she then leave me AGAIN hanging! This managers way of communication is offensive.If the manager is like this i wonder how horrible the employees are!!!!Unprofessional serviceWatch my video to hear how she talks to customers!!!!!

This KFC sits at the end of a large strip mall.Normally it is not very packed inside the fast food restaurant, but the drive-through is nearly always in use. It is a long one so it can accommodate about 6 cars or more. Seating is ample.The food quality here is okay although it is consistent. The selection of drinks is limited but it has mountain dew Baja Blast. I find the chicken to be okay, though just a bit salty. Their corn sides are actually pretty good.There is a row of parking right next to the drive-through and a very small lot at the end.Update: Unfortunately service has gotten a bit worse.

So a few days ago I ordered some KFC, since I had a hankering for some fried chicken and there was a fairly high expectation which was met with a great disappointment since when I received the chicken from Uber, the chicken seemed rather cold, bland, greasier than usual and it appeared as though it was sitting out for too long.The fries were underdone and had zero lick of salt.The biscuits were probably only put on just long enough that it would get the frost off of them while also having an odd taste.Lastly the slaw had an odd taste.

Incredibly friendly staff, but overwhelmed. This location can’t even open their dining room, likely to staff shortages. Waited 20+ mins for a 3pc meal through drive thru.

Worst fast food place in terms of customer service. On a relatively quiet day expect a 20 minute to half hour wait time for drive-thru. I never write negative reviews but I'm done with the place.
