While the staff were friendly, I felt as though they were constantly following us around the store. I understand trying to be helpful, but it was difficult to try to shop comfortably when the staff is hovering around putting their two cents in every time I look at something new.

I don't respond well to pushy sales people. While shopping here I felt I was being hunted by staff. My husband and I could not have a private conversation....sexy toys are an intimate thing. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend. I might have bought a lot more with the privacy to discuss it with my husband. If that was sales tactic or loss prevention. It was 100% counter intuitive and ineffective!

Amazing store! Selection is phenomenal! Staff are friendly & informative! Loved that they are more than happy to answer any questions, or give suggestions! The VIP discount card is definitely worth getting! Happy to support a local business, as opposed to one who's owner isn't even in the area! My new happy place. ☺

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the store is very clean and they have a ton of stuff to pick from and the staff are happy to give suggestions or info on anything you may need or want to try. They also do memberships and you can win free gifts.

Let me preface this by saying their selection is good and the staff are friendly but I've been in a couple times now and it's a bit of an off putting experience.The staff follow you and even if you say you're just looking or leave the items up at the cash while your browsing they come over every 30 seconds to check up on you. If you pick anything up to look at it someone is over your shoulder asking you questions.I'm not blaming the staff, I've worked at boutiques that expect this but I assure you it's uncomfortable for your customers and probably uncomfortable for your staff.I understand theft is a problem but there are ways to mitigate it without harassing customers.

Sir and I had a wonderful experience. The sales representative was professional and compassionate. They understood our needs and were more than accommodating. Toys galore, and something to appease everyone's needs. As for the clothing; most of the clothing does not fit me; one size does not fit all. I am not top heavy and very natural. so most clothes like this do not fit me. Although, there is a wonderful wall of stockings and under garments that are divine. It was a 'Pleasure' to be there and the staff was absolutely amazing. Sir bought the Pop rocks...TBC
