Worst customer service. They email me that they will give me a partial refund after my flight was delayed. Then two weeks later they changed their mind.

There economy class was nice and comfy with decent amount of leg room and the flight was one of the best i have been on because it was smooth and we had no delays and arived on time from YYZ-GEO, also the restrooms was clean and was not dirty, the food that was served was a small chicken sandwich and was not bad at all but i had brought a sandwich on board with me so i only had a bite, overall i will give caribbean airlines a 9/10 which is very good.

I must say never to book with Caribbean Airlines. They cancelled the flights 5 months before departure and it is now 6 months to get the refund. This is honestly the worst service I’ve had from any airline. Call desk is not open on weekend therefore we need 1-2 hours on hold Monday-Friday 8am - 7pm to speak to someone. If I call at work I need to tell my supervisor im on hold for 2 hours and if I call at 5pm it times out. Ridiculous, Caribbean Service!!! Take an NA airline! At least you have judicial access to take them to court faster!

Caribbean Airlines doesn't allow passengers to bring two checked pieces luggage at the airport going to Guyana. I believe Caribbean Airline should change improvement to allow them to bring checked two pieces luggage going to Guyana from Toronto. The passenger paid for flight ticket and not enough luggage which crazy. Caribbean Airlines need to change some improvement better.

Paying a lot of money for a flight from Toronto to Guyana is already enough. But having the customer pay for their baggage and not then not receiving it is beyond ridiculous. This seems to be a problem recently according to airport staff and it is unacceptable. Im sure that this airline is aware that most people coming from the Caribbean bring seafood, fruits, and vegetables along with their personal belongings. Having it delayed by days is terrible. What makes it even worse is that there is no one who can help with this situation. Most passengers have been given the run around with no correct information. No one knows when the baggage will arrive and have customers going every day to the airport to see if it came on the next flight. There should be a representative to help in situations like these. People have spent a lot of money and now carry a lot of losses. Do better!!

Caribbean Airline is ROBBING customers of the flight payment . I broth 2 tickets from Guyana to Canada. Guyana Airport has been close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Caribbean Airline SAY NO Refund. You must know the flight was cancelled but I still receive an e-mail to upgrade my tickets . I have call day and they give me the run around... shame on you robbing poor people!!!!!! I can talking to Canadian Government. it's a shame that in this time when people's are losing there JOB a company as big as this ROBBING customers!!!!!
