This particular store is fine for me. It is a clean store with friendly staff. Generally have everything you are looking for. I actually find that the quality is starting to get better on a lot of items. Not everything of course, but a lot of stuff. I will be back for sure.

Horrible customer service skills. Ever since implementing self checkout, the level of customer service has gone down. Older women working refuse to assist me when I asked for help and told me she had to man the self checkout". If that's the case then get someone else on a register to assist people who do not want to use or are not capable of using a self checkout."

The guy didn't tell me that he would help me with my very heavy items until after I was done and said I was disabled veteran. Then then he said oh well I would have helped you that's helped you if you asked. It's awesome that they can watch people struggle both struggle and do nothing. Awesome customer service. And I spent 200.00

This place has everything I dream of. Unfortunately after the self check out I don't enjoy it as much. Last visit the machine wasn't working and had to call for help several times. I expressed not being satisfied and wish to go to cashier but the manager just ignored me. Also some of the items needed wrapping and no one offered help. With a baby crying and my older boy trying to help I checked out in 20 months :(

Great selection of goods, nice big clean store. Covid-19 safety protocols are fine. Staff is just meh, that's why 4/5 stars. Cashier I had seemed very unsure of what she was doing, and nobody was around to help her.

Great location, lots of parking spots, and a huge store.Haven't spoke to any of the staff. All their merchandise are shelved in the proper isle. So, absolutely there is no need to ask for guidance if you have been to a dollar store, all the set up are all the same.This location always have 3 to 4 cashiers ready to serve customers the 3 times I have been there.
