Wonderful weekend experience, such a peaceful place. also very very kids friendly as they have so many activities for them. the cabins also have all the facilities however the interior of the cabins could be improved. we will definitely be coming back.

On or about July 10 2022 the owner, Mike, shot a young bear in the shoulder with a crossbow arrow (missing the first shot) and injuring it before it ran away. This was in full view of two camping families. This prompted a response from several seasonal campers to complain to him. The consequence of speaking their minds was to be evicted. Coupled with this, several campers contacted the Ministry of Natural Resources and and investigation ensued that lasted one full week. The MNR arrived at the camp and were visible for at least a week; we were told the crossbow was confiscated. The bear was subsequently trapped (it didn’t die thankfully) by the MNR. This is not defamation, this is fact based. We have come to realize that this campsite is not run well at all, and although superficial contact is pleasant there lacks great integrity as the owners are not kind people. We were asked to leave the park as we complained to the MNR and MOE about the bear issues and the septic issues. We are most interested in safety for our children and the campers. I will not go back until there is new management.

Stayed for 6 days and it was wonderful! The place is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. They have great playgrounds for kids, you can go out on the lake via kayak or canoe, or swim in it. I loved being here, and I definitely recommend it for everyone!

I recently went on a camping trip and it was such a peaceful experience. The atmosphere was so serene and the people were incredibly kind. It was a great escape from the chaos of everyday life. I loved being surrounded by nature and just taking in all the beauty around me. I would definitely recommend this camping spot.

Recently stayed here on June 16-18/23. Been back here a few times and always have a relaxing experience. We rented B24 which has a great location of feeling excluded from everyone around you and a great view of the lake. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Staff was friendly and always dealt with problems quickly.

Very good experience at this camping! Everything was clean and well maintained. Public showers and toilets were frequently cleaned. The owners were very kind and consommer friendly. They offer many free activities, furnishing the material for, making it family friendly. Each spot is furnished with hydro and electricity, with a fire pit. It's easy to rent kayaks and canoe. The location is ideal, in a quiet, full of nature place along the shore of a lake (warm in summer) and not far from the Lake Huron shores. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a great experience. There was quite a bit of wind and also a bear that put a bit of a damper on our weekend however neither of these were a fault of the campground and thus the 5-stars. Everything within their control was top notch. We will be returning.

Great place to camp! Owners were amazing! Helped us with everything they went above and beyond. Our site was tidy and bathrooms were well maintained. We can’t wait to come back and visit next year! Thanks for a great camping experience.
