We selected GateWorks after vetting several other project providers for a relatively large project several years ago and have found the company to have capacity for customized fulfillment that was timely and on budget.Design and specifications were customer centric with commitment to final product operation and aesthetic of which is rarely seen.Most recently, we had one of our systems fail which caused one of the gates to malfunction. A simple phone call to Gateworks had a technician dispatched to diagnose the issue the next day. After spending several hours ruling out possible causes it was not repairable due to the need for replacement parts.24 hours later, the company owner, Pat Grogan, came himself with a completely new operator and installed it so as to ensure we were again fully operational as the technician was on another project.The dedication to ensuring customers are taken care of, even several years after purchase is remarkable.We do not hesitate to endorse Gateworks and would like to thank them for setting the standard for customer service.
