Hi there. If you find this review, hopefully I can save you some time.I obviously deal with wood, logs lumber, and a fair bit of this. Ive been doing a lot of Milling lately however I'm not much of a woodworker other than building some marinas and I built a couple houses in my lifetime. I'm an indigenous business, and I feel like I got snubbed when I asked for equipment and information on equipment. Apparently they had none, however walking around the store I found what I asked for, the price was somewhat high, but I probably would have bought it regardless. However, not after I was just told that there was no equipment for sale and they couldn't help me any other way with equipment.I won't be going back, and if I were you and you know who I'm talking about I would get rid of him. He will do nothing but lose business for you.

Most of the staff just sit around and do nothing at the desk. The shelves and wood are never in the right order, and the cuts are absolutely horrendous. There are times we’re you can be struggling to find an item, and most of the staff will just chit chat behind the desk, instead of approaching. Their sales team is garbage, and the most lazy staff working here. Would not recommend shopping here if you want good customer service with good product. They really need to checks things over there.

Windsor Plywood is a great example of a good Canadian company. The branch in Vancouver provided medical grade masks to hospitals during the start of the pandemic.On a more relative matter they also use Canadian products and support Canadian carpenters. I wasn't aware you could get doors made through them.

Incredibly judgemental attitude from one of the younger fellas there. Went in looking for information about a router, Table, table plate insert, drill press and machinery sales. Was told that they don't sell any machinery. After walking the floor found a drill press, planer and table sander for sale.It was like I was an inconvenience to them. Not cool guys. Went down to standard instead.

I came to this store with no knowledge about making a cabinet. I contacted 6+ companies to make a custom sized cabinet with beer tab. All of them were either overpriced or refused to do it because it not profitable. I walked in to the store without any hope and a guy named 'Dean' came by and advised me what to do and where to start my project. His advices were very helpful and I will be heading to the store again and get the materials to make my own bar. Thank you again for all your advices and tip Dean!

What a pleasant experience buying doors from Windsor. I was not familiar with buying doors for my reno and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating to our special requests. Doors look great!
