Clean and brand new washers and dryers. Nice staff and seating area.If your washer breaks down this is a great place to use.

This is a very good place. The person at the front desk Ms. Daisy is very helpful. This was my first time at a coin laundry and she helped me understand the entire process. Super clean place and the machines work great.

Great place to wash bulk clothes, bedsheets and comforter.- little expensive but worth it.- it’s cleaned- staffs are very helpful.- can convert bills or coins into Looine and Quarter.- nice location while washing and drying clothes we can shop around.

Excellent machines, the dryers are of very good quality, drying the clothes in a perfect way. Prices are also very competitive.They always have staffs on site and staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The machine I was using was giving an error messageSo I informed the attendant to at least I can move my laundry to another machine and give me back my credit. She said it’s my fault she can’t do that. When I have the same size laundry on the same kind of machine and it’s working. She insisted it’s not their fault. The machine does this randomly.How can a machine error be a customer’s fault. Bad experience in this laundromat.

I have just finished using Parkwoods Laundry for the 1st time, and I am furious. I had loads of laundry in 2 machines, and while they were running, I went to my car to get something. When I came back, I saw the soap dispenser lids on both machines flipped open, when I had left them closed. I realized there was an employee going around pouring water from a bucket into the tops of machines. I asked if he was adding something to machines that were in use, and he confirmed yes.Adding *anything at all* to the washing machine a customer is using is completely inappropriate, in my opinion! Had I not been so shocked by it, I would have immediately asked for a refund so that I could rewash my loads without interference. Instead, I just got my stuff and left, knowing that I will never use their facilities again. Luckily, there is another coin laundry just a few minutes away.For the sake of context and clarity, when I asked about what was added, the employee stated that it was clean water. From my perspective, water being wheeled around a room full of strangers - many unmasked, despite the pandemic - is not the same level of clean as water coming straight from the tap. The buckets had visible marks and stains, the scoop was being used by an unmasked and ungloved employee whose last time of handwashing is unknown. Not to mention that adding cold or room temperature water to my hot water wash load means that the water is no longer hot.To add insult to injury, when my machine literally had 1 minute left on the timer, and I, wearing a facemask, was standing right in front of it waiting for it to finish, the same (unmasked) employee came by and squeezed between me and the machine to start wiping it down. Considering he knew that I was upset about the water being added to the machines, it seemed particularly inconsiderate for him to yet again interfere with machines I was actively using. There was more than an hour to go til their closing time, and the place was not so busy that he could not have waited until I was finished to do whatever maintenance was required. A frustrating experience all around!

I like those big machines. Helpful staffs.
