Independent from Costco. Westcoast (something) or another. They don't answer the phone, there is no information on Costco's website (which has also become an issue these days where you're promoted to re-enter your postal code many times just to move from one screen to the next even though you have and even have signed in to your Costco Account).Go to your local optometrist instead. But don't hesitate to buy your glasses from Costco.
