I came in on Easter Monday morning with a broken muffler as a new customer. The staff was super nice. They charged a very reasonable price to repair the exhaust system (honestly almost half what I was anticipating), and got it done in a day. Highly recommended.

Steve and his team offer by far the best car mechanics service I have ever encountered! Our cars have been serviced by them for nearly 10 years now. We would not have them maintained and repaired by anybody else. Honest, fair, safe, reliable, accommodating, and friendly. I could not recommend any stronger!

Autoservice Kingston are first rate! They have taken excellent care of all our vehicles. The work is careful and thorough, they always provide a clear description of what needs attention, and they maintain and fix things very promptly and with attention to detail, and at a reasonable price. We always feel in good hands with Autoservice. The staff are always very friendly and helpful too!

Can't recommend them enough! Honest and trustworthy. They even brought me behind the counter to show me images of the issues they were addressing - I've never had a mechanic do that before. On top of the great service, they're genuinely kind people who prioritize a relationship with their customers. Example: my partner went in with our baby and they rolled out the red carpet for them... Swiffered the waiting area so he could crawl around freely.Additionally, they helped us pick out a used car that we recently purchased. Highly recommend them for this as well.You don't typically anticipate a compassionate, human experience at the mechanic, but you get it here!

My son goes to school in Kingston which is over three hours way from us. His car was having brake trouble. I called and spoke to Steve who advised not to drive it and even though they were very busy said if my son could leave it there for a few days he would fit it in. Steve and Davina kept in contact with me regarding the repairs which ended up being extensive but necessary. I'm grateful for the great job and highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.

I recently brought my car here for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. I needed a few things done and I was worried about the cost after having a year of large repairs. They explained really well over the phone what I needed, how much it would be, and helped me prioritize what was necessary now and what can wait a bit.They were extremely friendly and helpful, the repairs were done perfectly, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely pleased with my first service experience. Very friendly, professional, and outgoing staff. Well appointed facility and large waiting area. Tech took the time to explain everything and provided photo documentation of all of the affected areas of interest. Honestly far better than any dealership experience I've ever had! Auto Service Kingston is the absolute best!! They always go above and beyond to make sure my car is safe and complete. They always call along the way to make sure I'm aware of what's going on and what the next steps are and they are so accommodating! I will always use them for all my car needs! Just an added bonus is they appreciate doggies, which says a lot about them!

Had a major brake and fronted service on my Highlander. This was without a doubt my best experience ever with a mechanic. Very thorough. A full report and pictures of everything. They took the time to explain everything in detail. They had their whole team of mechanics work on the job to make sure my vehicle was ready before the weekend. Highly recommend!!!

Everyone who works at auto service Kingston clearly enjoy working there for Steve (owner) and it shows on how they serve their customers! Absolutely trust them to do any work on my car and if there is a way for me to save a bit of money they will suggest that as an option!Always good service there!
