The price may seem appetizing but it is simply not worth it.I purchased a 2010 Toyota Rav4. They failed to recognize and acknowledge, only until after the purchase and a visit to an independent mechanic, the presence of a broken AC line with no ability to contain coolant. This should have been checked before the car was on the lot.The following month a major oil pressure problem then occurred. Independent mechanics found sludge had been building up and pushed through the engine and must have occurred for some time. This could have completely broken then engine and has potentially decreased its lifespan. Lubricant was found to be leaking as it was sealed with a plastic zip tie.Whoever conducted the inspection on this vehicle has not done so properly.2 stars because the salesman has been understanding, but they shouldn't have to be going the extra mile if the vehicle had been inspected properly.

Great dealership, I didn't feel any pressure or got rushed in on picking the vehicle I wanted. Soha is trustworthy and he listens to what you want and makes the process of buying quick and painless. Communication with them via email, phone or in person is quick and clear. The final price on the vehicle I bought from them was exactly as negotiated. Soha went above and beyond when it comes to finding the right vehicle for me and I am pretty sure he will with anyone else. While I was there I noticed the other salespersons were professional and polite with other customers as well and they were very attentive for the customers needs. Definitely recommend this dealership.

3 years ago I bought my third car from them. This time around there were problems with the car that were never fixed. Took me 7 months and a trip to my mechanic to get the issues fixed. the biggest thing is that when I went to register the car they told me at the registry that it was a salvage vehicle and needed a salvage inspection. they drove the vehicle to Calgary after that without my permission with my insurance on it. Then I had issues with some of the sensors that were never fixed. the big issue was the brakes that were identified in the mechanics report. The carfax that was provided to me by them did not show it was a salvage vehicle. I am glad to say that I traded this car in at another car dealership that is honest and reputable and stands behind what they sell. I have a great vehicle that I love that isn't a salvage vehicle. I will never deal with them again. Beware all of their vehicles are salvage vehicles and they are not upfront about this until after you sign the paperwork!! I went to House of Cars got a better vehicle and an honest friendly dealership to deal with

Best service I've ever gotten. I highly recommend mubtala auto for your next vehicle purchase. I live 6hrs away from them but was searching all across alberta for the best price and vehicle I could find. Mubtala had the best prices I could find in alberta online. Being that I lived 6hrs away the salesman went into the shop on his day off to do a video walk around with me and was avaliable for all my questions throughout the day, again on his day off. I decided to go with them and buy the vehicle and they drove it from lethbridge to my door. The morning they were going to leave there was a crazy blizzard with white out conditions all across the province. They still decided to deliver the vehicle to me which took 12hrs of blizzard, whiteout, road closure driving conditions. The vehicle came and it was exactly as they said it was. I couldn't be happier with this whole experience. Communication was excellent, the service was excellent and more than I ever expected. I highly recommend mubtala. Thanks for my new vehicle. The owner was so friendly and so willing to help us trade in our vehicle. Even though In the end we didn’t end up making a deal, he was still so willing to offer his advice and knowledge and help us on our journey to find a new vehicle. Very honest and kind. I would recommend buying through him!

Excellent service and used cars dealership

Buying a vehicle at Mubtala Auto was a great experience! Excellent customer service and very friendly. They were upfront about everything we needed to know. Also made the whole experience a pleasant one. I would like to add that they went out of their way to help us when we ran into an unexpected issue. Best used car dealer in town hands down!!

If you want to buy a rebuilt mechanicaly unsound piece of junk, this is the place for you. They charge premium prices for rebuilt unsound rubbish.

This was hands-down the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. During a time when the used-car industry is so dry (COVID), it seemed impossible to find what I wanted, but Mubtala Auto Sales did not disappoint. I did not have to settle. They met me, exactly where I was at, with the vehicle I was looking for. In fact, they exceeded my expectations in every way! Honest, professional, knowledgeable, no pressure and very patient.
