Friendly staff, the pricing is better than the big box stores like Home Depot Or Lowe’s on the foundational supplies that are needed for home renovations. Have used this place for getting 6 gauge shielded and armored wiring, was 40% less than the unshielded at Lowe’s... which was a big deal when I needed $200 worth of wire.

Christine at the front desk was such a big help. She is very friendly and found every i was looking for, plus she came up with some good ideas on some lights i could use for my welding rig. I wish more places has customer service like this! Thanks again

I called Eecol looking for some oddball fuses. Was put through to Taylor Meacham who said he couldn’t find them in the system but went and checked on the shelf and found the fuses I need it got everything prepped and ready for me so all I had to do was show up to grab the fuses. I was very grateful he took the time to actually go and look on the shelf and make sure I could get the parts that were required so I can complete my job on time. I would definitely recommend Taylor went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed

Terrible customer service. At least today. 5 sale stations, one extremely slow employee, one customer in front of me, it took 25 minutes to get product that sales person didn't know anything about it.

Kind of bleh. I got there at 400, waited till 430 for anyone to be at the counter, and they had to call reception to come up and support the only person at the counter. Then they didn't even have the bulb I needed. Thankfully I went over to CES around the corner and they took me after closing hours and had what I needed. Phew!

Sean is the man!!! Showed up to look at my shop space and I trusted him with picking out the product for me and boy did he ever deliver! Absolutely phenomenal service and knowledge through the roof. 1000% would recommend for anyone's industrial needs!

Great place, great customer service at point of sale, I just wish the phone support staff had more knowledge to save customers from the trip down there, make sure if you call save your time talk to someone who will get up and check size or counts..deals should be given to those who have to drive between locations because of lazy staff. Sorry to the rest of you who have given me ultimate service at your location. I thank you.

Fantastic wholesaler. Everything you need when you need it. Great place to learn about new tools and to network. Monthly draws as well as merchandise freebies and bbqs. Great selection of electrician hand/power tools. One of the best places to learn about up and coming tek and tools.

Overall, it was painful to deal with them. Going into a place that is strictly into electrical, couldn't help with the issue I was having with my LED potlights. All I needed was a dimmer switch that would be compatible with the equipment I was running. I had some great insight with the first person who I talked to from their outside sales team. But it was the start of an on going problem for the next two days. I was paying for a $35 dimmer switch and every time my lights would still hum.If it doesn't cure the problem
