I had iphone 7 plus and my phone had a problem i could not charge my phone i took to this place in metrotown mall and the technician named mohammed had fixed my phone in about 30 mins and surprisingly my phone got fixed and i was very happy as i had all my personal stuff in that phoneIt was one of the best experience i had and will refer this place to all my close ones

I had to have my back cover on my phone fixed, the cover was coming loose from the frame. I called and spoke to A. K, he let me know to bring my device in so he could have a look. Once I got there I honestly expected a hole in the wall like most phone repair places. It was, in fact a very nice and clean location! A.K was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He let me know that my battery had expanded and was in a dangerous state. They replaced my battery right there in about 20 minutes. Great service! I honestly did not shop around on price but the service was exceptional.

Save your time and money — look elsewhere. I'm sad I took my phone here thinking it would be a quick fix. Went for what should have been a simple screen repair and was told it would be completed same-day. Great. I walked around and returned close to closing time. Oh

While it may be fine to visit their store to apply a screen protector, I wouldn't recommend going to them for technical repairs. Personally, I had a negative experience when they repaired my phone. They removed the screws and failed to reinstall five of them, as well as neglecting to apply waterproof glue. Despite their assurance of using an Apple screen, I was provided with a generic brand instead. Additionally, they didn't allow me to observe the repair process, and I noticed some problems with my phone after five hours. Upon my return, they insisted that I purchase another battery from them, and offered me a discount. Their pricing also changed three times within five minutes. Later, I visited another technician who informed me that the battery was simply disconnected because the five screws were not included. It seems that this establishment enjoys playing games with customers, as they even suggested that I purchase a new phone from them at a good price" due to the damage to my old one. I suggest seeking out a professional technician instead of relying on these individuals who lack the expertise of true professionals and only learn the basics from watching YouTube videos."

Would highly recommend this place for phone repairs and shopping for phone accessories a guy named Mohammed has very fast service of fixing my front phone screen had it fixed within a hour… amazing selection of phone cases and reasonably priced. My phone was repaired after the entire screen cracked. I reached out and the glass was ordered and received within days. I dropped off the phone and had it back working like new in just a few hours. Excellent service, highly recommended.
