4L Communications Inc - TELUS & Koodo authorized dealer - Stettler

I have never had a worse experience in my life with a telephone company. First I went to 4L Communications in Red Deer, seeking help for my 8 month old phone that quit charging. They blew out my charging port with liquid air, which is now cause liquid damage, so Apple will not work with me to repair my phone.I went to the Stettler location, our hometown, and was told that I would have to drive to the head office in red deer to have my phone repaired or replaced. Which I did. Only to be told that they also cannot fix my phone because it’s within the one your manufacturing warranty and if anybody at Mobile Clinique touches it that warranty is void.I will be reporting this to their corporate offices, and you can guarantee I will never darken their door again.

MacKenzie was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and honest which I appreciated greatly. She's a wonderful asset to Telus and Bondo. I would ask her advice anyway on their services and merchandise. Thanks for the positive experience MacKenzie..

I was looking for a Telus dealer near the town I live in to upgrade my phone and was reading reviews. 4L Communications in Stettler had such great reviews on so many of their staff. I was not disappointed!! Carsen was such a sweetheart and so helpful and took her time with me. Mackenzie was awesome in the feedback she gave as I was making my choice. These beautiful girls made my day and my experience enjoyable! I will return for sure.
