I called after hours as I was having trouble with mud in my waterline from our river. The gentleman who answered the phone diagnosed accurately what the problem was and I followed his advice and lifted our foot value out of the mud. Our local plumber that we use couldn’t (wouldn’t) give us any idea what the problem was without a service call. I engaged CC Underground to install a water service to my home. The process was quite intimidating to me but the person we connected with, Scott Anderson, knew everything their was to know. He made it easy to understand and was crystal clear about how they would handle the work - no surprises. Clearly an organized guy, he responds to inquiries within hours and has great attention to detail. He turned around the documentation for our road occupancy permit on the same day with no errors. The crew showed up on the scheduled date, on time and wasted no time getting set up and active. The men on site were polite and took the time to show me what was happening. They even stopped to help my neighbour to back out her car between their equipment. They are highly skilled in their trade but the way they interact with customers is most impressive.
