Abrams Towing Services - Cars, Heavy Duty & Semi Truck Towing

Yesterday my car wouldnt start... called my roadside assistance that subs out to Abrams. Long story short, upon delivering my car to my mechanic, the tow driver damaged my car and promptly left the scene. Right now I'm furious with Abrams towing! Can i put less than 1 star???

Driver came quickly. Kept informed of arrival time. Battery boost in underground parking accomplished in 5 minutes and job done. Got receipt as requested. Driver polite and professional. I'd call them again if needed.

I was stranded on a busy divided road during rush hour. Tow truck arrived within 25 minutes. Driver was polite, personable and efficient. Due to overhanging trees and the height of the truck with the vehicle on the flatbed, we had to unload the vehicle 200 feet from the actual destination. Without any complaint or hesitation, the driver helped push the vehicle to the garage. Very good service.

He was super quick to respond our wait, polite and with a good communication.The only thing he should parked my car properly on the parking space instead just leave side ways once he got the keys and actually manually drove the car.I couldn’t understand why….. otherwise he did great! The technician from Abrams Towing Services came to replace one flat tire of my Honda Civic 2009 parked on my driveway. He was unable to unscrew the spare from the boot. He offered to break the bolt with a hammer and take the tire out. He appeared to be in great rush. I opted to have the flat tire removed and leave the vehicle on jack stand. See picture. After he left, I investigated the issue and was able to take the tire out in 2 minutes. See picture.I called him and asked him to come back and fix the tire. He said that he ain't going to come as his service call was for 15 minutes only and he has to go to other customer. He didn't know how to take the tire out. This is my service experience with the company and their incompetent technician.

On the hottest day ! Flat tire , Abrams came ASAP dropped me off at my house before taking my car to the shop. Great service very nice gentleman thanks again

I just had to share our wonderful experience with Abrams Towing this morning. We were stuck on a country road and they responded quickly to come to our rescue. We have to give a special commendation to Driver 130 for his fast, efficient and extremely friendly service! Thank you Abrams for your excellent roadside assistance!

They were so helpful in getting me out of a tough situation when my car broke down in a school drop off zone. They were very friendly and super efficient in setting everything up to pick up my car even though I couldn’t be there. They towed it quickly and safely to the service station of my choice. Price was extremely reasonable too. I would highly recommend this service to anybody!

Rapid and friendly service. Needed a battery boost. Gave them a call a within a hour they showed up.

Got my car (victim of a killer Quebec pothole) back to Ontario AND to my regular garage all in a timely manner with a pleasant, competent driver. (MARTY)This is the **only** Ottawa area company that I'll use.
