Sarnia Rent-All Limited

Went there to price a Honda push mower. The man who helped us was well informed about his product line and conveyed his info well to us. We still had some other places to check yet, but was treated very well. I've dealt with them before and never had a problem. Service here is extremely good. We ended up buying a cheaper brand elsewhere.

I would give a 0 star if this was an option. Pull chord on trimmer not working. Simple fix for a mechanic to change the recoil but after 6 weeks of constant lies from associate Tom (very rude) left us with a non working trimmer. These guys should be out of business, how they lie and treat their customers. Stay away Sarnia and refuse to bring your tools here, if your retailer refers you here

Manager raised his voice to me after I tried to ask for a refund on a 30 year old floor buffer that would not work properly on VCT flooring (which I described before renting) while refusing to look at the video evidence of my experience.*Update.Owner is lying about this story below. I’ve NEVER tried to rent for free and no such instructions regarding flooring solutions were offered. I may be wrong about it being 30 years old - it just looks like it.

Sarnia rent all is not a place you want to rent anything from.I rented an edge sander and it barely worked, so I had to go back and swap it out with a new that work way better. The next day I rented a drum sander and it also broke halfway so I had to go back and swap it out then the guy forgot to give me a bag, so I had to go back and get the bag, then he forgot to give me the dust pipe and I had to go back for that but it was at 4 o’clock on Friday and they were closed all weekend. No one seems to really care or know what’s going on. Ended up going back there about four times in one day. I’m barely got anything done on my project. Would have preferred to rent from a local spot but from now on, I will be going to Home Depot.And they also never seem to answer the phone

Charge you a days rate for needing something for an hour. Scummy

Just recently purchased a snowblower from here!! Excellent customer service and very informative!! Have used their services before to rent equipment and everyone has always been so great to deal with !!Will definitely be a returning customer!!

We rented long tables and garden chairs for a birthday. Each chairs had not been cleaned in a long time, covered with old wine splashes and grimy seats. We had to scrub each one down with a magic eraser before using. Also the tables were so old and flimsy, rust dropped all over the floor when we expanded them. Would not recommend this place for formal events like a wedding unless you are covering everything with fabrics. A euchre tournament in a garage would be ok, but they are renting old junk you don't even want in your house.
