Do not recommend for beginners, it’s overcrowded with higher belts in beginners classes and the classes are too rushed and unstructured.Do not recommend for women especially because of the culture.The fighters there are capable

We absolutely love this school! My 8 year old daughter has been taking lessons there since September, and her level of confidence and agility has increased so much. I took a class with Guillaume and was so impressed with his teaching. He explained things so clearly and took the time to break down every move so I could learn how to do it correctly. Everyone at Alliance is passionate and committed to helping students. The parents and people who take lessons are very friendly also. I highly recommend this school!
