Drive thru refuses to serve us at 10pm although they’re open until 11pm. They even called the police!!!

Service was very slow, we stayed more than 10 minutes waiting, no one took our order, the cashier said he can't take new orders before finishing the current orders that they are serving despite there was 3 people infront of us, no one was wearing gloves while working which didn't make us comfortable to eat there.The dining room was very dirty and all the tables were not clean.We left without ordering.I love Wendy's but our experience yesterday was not good.

An OK place. But since it's very close by the galleries anjou. If you're eating there on the weekend, prepare to wait. Sometimes, the service is slow. I recommend that the staff has some grasp of ASL because there was confusion with a deaf customer. Other than that, it's a good place to grab something to eat. I would go only during the week and not the weekend.

I was waiting more 10 min nobody came even to ask if wanted to order ( 9h30 am ) then one guy saw me laught and stayed in back not to serve us me and the other client there !!! 3 employees talking laughting not caring if people wanted to order . Ill never go back !!!!

Delicious food. I would not recommend their taco salad. It wasn’t good at all. However, their burgers are really good. I found a piece of wire in my burger. Thankfully, they made a new one without any issue. Excellent customer service! And, the new one was extremely good with crispy bacons.

good service depending who is there to serve in drive through. Feels rush way too often. All things i asked are available. Love to eat there, frosty are not too sugary. Flavored sodas are available, however not a fan of their cheese or texture of meat.

not a real wendy's. will not accept valid wendy's coupon. Another customer could not even get the announced avocado salad... no avocados available. this is not a real Wendys. Stay away. service is BAD

I went inside to order, once I received my order, No thank you or good evening, very disappointed everything was cold, And then I sat in my car so I can have supper before returning to work, I nearly returned back and tell him that somebody forget to turn on the oven, But unfortunately at the hospital were under staff, Never again I will go at that Wendy's in particular. I'll go next door to McDonald instead.
