I was on the 403 en route to Brantford when my car started making a strange noise. When I got into town I noticed the heat shield had come loose on one side. I was looking for a place to investigate further when I happened to drive by the Mufflerman, which was closing within 10 minutes. Kevin and the staff brought my car in, reinstalled the heat shield and got me on my way. Thank you for your excellent service and workmanship!

They were able to get me in with a last minute appt. Went in because of a hole in my exhaust. I was presented with options. Picked my option and it was promptly fixed a few hours later. Vehicle is good as new. Price was fair and a smooth transaction. I’ll recommend.

Took my truck in for front end noise when going over bumps, assumed it was My bearing... breaks started grinding before visit, they said I had 2 bad wheel barrings and breaks. quoted me $2400... took the vehicle to to another mechanic who informed me of the real issue... which was 1 of my calipers seized, could not find any problem with either of my bearings, had the work done for just 800$ trucks running good as new and I avoided being scammed by the mufflerman! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCAM YOU

I had a wonderful experience at the muffler man my quotes for my car were well within the range of anybody else’s. I went to three other garages with problems with my car and have been doing so for almost a year. I’ve had said its old ,I’mcrazy and the one shortly ago thought I was a joke. My car had some severe issues . Now drives like a new car. Thanks Mike for hearing me out and the fantastic service and also Justin the mechanic . i’m ecstatic.
