Be aware to book, and add time estimate!!! Really bad at time management and rude reception staff. Nurse was friendly and fast though.Their printer was not working and delayed my appointment on top of the lady getting distracted by other things until she finally printed it with another printer!I had booked an appointment at 12:30 pm, was out and got here 40 mins earlier hoping I may walk in. The screen showed walk in wait time is 45 mins and recommended to go book online because we send the walk in on time, so I decided to go back to the car due to the crowd in waiting room. I came back 12:20 and the printer issue and careless reception staff led into me finally going in near 12:50 and I'm late for my next appointment.

I want to give rate - 100, so terribleresponsive attitude.After waiting for more than an hour, they told me to go somewhere else, saying that it was a test that could not be done in here.My time is very important.Why don't you tell me when I register?

When visiting this laboratory, I highly recommend making an appointment in advance. The wait times for walk-ins can be quite long. Planning ahead will save you valuable time and ensure a smoother experience.

Because of all the negative comments, I was reluctant to come to this location for my blood test despite its convenient location until mom reassured this location accepts walk-ins and has some skilled nurses. So I gave it a try first thing in the morning as soon as they opened. I was greeted immediately and served in 5 min. as there were only 2 people before me. The lady who helped me has a dark skin and her name started with TH. And she was awesome! She was very gentle with her needle, so it didn't hurt at all. She was very supportive and pleasant until the moment I walked out of the location. I don't know why there are so many negative comments but I would definitely return here for my next blood test and hopefully have her help me again.

DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I had an appointment at 1pm but decided to go at 11 because I was fasting as a walk in. Normal estimated time for walk in is correct. It said 55min. So, it's 12.30and I was told I still have 5 people ahead of me. I tried to explain it to Abiba that I actually have an appointment at 1pm put me on as an appointment. Remember I was fasting since 8pm previous night. She was upset and yelled at me to stop coming to the front .. I tried to tell her that I am fasting and getting dizzy, and it has been 1hr 45 min and my appointment at 1PM is near anyways and to just put me on the appointment list. She did not want to hear it. Finally, Yaniv told another secretary to put me on the appointment list as I did have a 1pm appointment and then things rushed quickly. After that. Finally, my appointment that was scheduled for 1pm was seen at 1.05. Had I not had the appointment would have been there at least 3hrs. So, the problem is that walk ins are treated like garbage and people with appointments are given first class treatment. Other places put 2 lines. 1 line for walk ins and the other line for appointments. So, if you are a walk-in customer get ready to wait hospital times for blood work.

Have been here several times. The service is not welcoming but they are efficient. If you go early enough in the morning there is not much of a wait. Max is 40 min. Results are generally quick to your doctor.

The Lab technician name “Nagham” was so professional and she have a magic hand , she was so quick and I couldn’t even feel it , she is a very good employee even way better than hospital staff , good bless here, you made my life easier, thanks again.

If I get an option to give 0 star I would love to do that ! No professional behaviour , they keep asking if you have appointments but they never accommodate people as per their appointment schedules . Disgusting will never book my appointment here .

It’s a very slow clinic. I was served by one of the technicians, named Ella, who was incapable of printing out the requisition form in a jpeg format. She advised me that she could only print out requisition forms in a PDF format so I sent her the PDF format but she kept looking at the previous email and said it’s in a jpeg format. It was frustrating to talk to her and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my blood drawn. As there’s only few rooms in this clinic and the front staff was so slow, if you are trying to fit in an appointment on a weekday, I’d expect some delays or try to avoid here if possible. Not a great experience.

Slowest LifeLabs location ever. Add at least 30 mins more of wait time to your plans if you decide to go here.
