Excellent service, friendly and efficient staff, owner was very helpful and gave lots of tips. The bikes were great, we bombed around all over town, stopped for lunch, checked out the beach, had icecream, went to MacArthur Island Park. Made a day of it. Highly recommend this experience

We own two ebikes from this company. They've been awesome with servicing and warranty coverage when I got my derailer bent by getting a branch stuck in it. Love our bikes.

Dana and Gary have provided service above and beyond! I called in about my sons bike needing to be looked at and serviced and mentioned I have no way of getting it there. With no hesitation These amazing people are picking up the bike and will be doing maintenance and repairs if needed. The next day the bike was delivered! All fixed and looking like brand new! I am beyond grateful for their kindness and service! Definitely recommend Riverside E-Ride for all your biking needs!! 5 stars in my books⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Riverside E-Ride
Partial refund. I booked 2 e bikes in the summer. The morning of I get a call saying they all have covid and cannot rent out. Understandable, though the phone call went on endlessly without mentioning refund. Finally the woman on the phone offered to e transfer. I was e transferred 10$ less than what I paid instead of a full refund to credit card. I asked for a refund and just e transfer sent. I emailed stating I recieved less money than I spent to book and no reply. They never refunded the full amount. Though the amount was small,stealing is stealing.

Riverside E-Ride
My fiancé and I rented a couple bikes from riverside E ride, the whole experience was absolutely spectacular. The owners and employees were very informative, and extremely nice and welcoming. When we came in to check out pricing, they offered our 7 year old boy a free drink! I would definitely rent again, and recommend this store for any E bike rentals or purchases! A special thanks to Gary, Dana, and Wayne!

We did our homework and checked out several e-bike brands at retailers in Kamloops and Kelowna. Very happy to say we ended up at Riverside E-Ride in Kamloops. Matthew was very helpful. The iGo Royal bikes are awesome. SFSG. Highly recommended.

Riverside E-Ride
We purchased two e- bikes from Riverside a few months ago. Mat was a big help in assisting us in deciding on which bikes to purchase. He talked us into two models that were less expensive than what I had initially wanted. I have never regretted our purchases. I had an accident with my bike and Riverside went above and beyond to repair my bike. I am glad I did my business with Riverside.
