I paid for the training fee. unfair and you guys hustle without paying attention to the employee's feelings of guilt And it's not fair to the customers that they pay for their nails. Rush without caring if the job is done or not. It's sad that you don't have the maturity to be a good coach. a lot of customer time You don't care if employees get lunch or not. You must know how to allocate Time to receive customers and employees to balance each other. It wasn't for the apprentices to rush and the job didn't turn out well enough. I am very disappointed

Amazing pedicure treatments, never rushed, fantastic staff, very clean, and excellent prices. Hot stone massage….. cannot be beat! Oh, and very kid-friendly as my 5 year-olds were treated to their first pedicure!

Impeccable work on my gel extensions. Time after time, I leave 100% satisfied. If you're looking for UV gel done right, this is your place (my photos do not do justice to this perfect manicure).

This is the first place I have found that can do my nails and make them thin instead of bulky. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s such a relaxing experience. They have the most amazing pedicures! I travel 3 hours just to come to this location. They are the best!!

I have been to this location twice and I have been disappointed both times. The first time, the pedicure was 5/10 and I was there for 2 hours. This time, the girl I had did not have any clue what she was doing. The manager said she was trained but that she was only there for a few months and that pedicures were different in the place she was from and that she had been trained the steps but kept forgetting. I wasn’t given colours to choose from, the water was cold, she had to repeatedly ask the girl next to her what to do from the start, and did not know what tool to use to remove the shellac. I asked the manager if I could wait for someone else, as I had plans and was in a hurry. She originally agreed but then later said “she just forgot the steps but will be fine”. So she continued. She asked if I wanted my nails shorter, I said yes but she didn’t know what to do. The manager who was with another customer had to come over, cut my nails and cuticles and file quickly, told the other girl that the water was cold, and asked what colour I chose which I told her I had not been given colours yet. She gave me the colours and I chose and the original girl painted them while the manager went back to her customer that was waiting. Thankfully the manager chose to only charge me half the cost of the pedicure I was receiving and apologized… it’s just disappointing to have an experience with someone who does not seem trained at all when you take your time and spend the money to treat yourself. Won’t be going back again which is disappointing because some of the other nail techs seem great and it’s a good atmosphere. The lady next to be told me if it were her in my shoes, she would have got up and left long ago. By far the most disappointing pedicure I have had.

As per usual, my girl Jessica slayed my nails for my baby shower. Lee has the magic touch for the pedicures! Highly recommend this place.

This salon is amazing! It was easy to call and book an appointment. When I arrived I only had to wait a short amount of time before they got me sat for a pedicure.They offered lots of options for colour, shape, length, and type for nails.The ladies who serviced me were excellent as they were kind, sweet, gentle, and knowledgeable.

Finally I have found a Fantastic and Professional Nails and Spa Salon in Sherwood Park!Under the new management and with Jessica’s 16 years experiences, it is very friendly environment. What a relaxing and comfortable place to be at this newly renovated shop, super clean and fancy, they have various options and 6 types of pedicures you can choose according to your preference.Staff are gentle, friendly, serve with care that you cannot find that feeling anywhere else. Especially they have discount for the elderly and not yet seen in such Small Business. I really recommend anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good service to come here.
