Outstanding service! We have never been disappointed with Stadtke. And they have done a lot of work for us: pulled and replaced our pump(drilled well); installed water heater; installed water softener; installed toilet, sink and faucets in downstairs bathroom; installed toilet and faucets in upstairs bathroom. All the plumbing technicians have been great, including Anders and Shauna (spelling?) who were the last technicians here. (March 15, 2023). All technicians have been very professional and personable. Five star rating!

I had to co-ordinate a kitchen faucet installation with a countertop replacement. The appointment for the counter installation was canceled a few times and the booking staff at Stadtke Plumbing and Heating were so kind and accommodating. They even stayed after closing to wait for my call before a long weekend so I didn't have to worry.The Installer was great, even early ( called to make sure we were available) and everything was beautifully done. The existing plumbing didn't line up with the new sink and this was seen to with no problem.An absolute pleasure do deal with!!

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest spells this winter. I am so glad that my husband detected the problem and the friendly and capable professionals from Stadke promptly identified the problem and fixed it.

The Stadtke Plumbing and Heating team did an amazing job in both advising us on the right kind of heat pump system that we needed for our property, pricing the full work, and having a great team come by to install it. The house I recently purchased had some issue with the well water pump. I know very little about the system, but I knew something was off from the noise it was making and the fact that it was leaking. I did a search for local plumbing company's, had a couple come over to quote a new installation.I went with Stadtke Plumbing based on the price and how great the gentleman was who came over to provide the quote. I found him to be very helpful and informative. When setting up the appointment, I explained that I was concerned that the current system was leaking and if possible could they schedule me as soon as possible. They did just that, the very nice lady who helped me had a crew at my house the same morning!! The two gentleman that came out were very friendly, informative and professional. They did a great job in setting me up with a new system (very quiet!!) and helped me better understand the system.I could not be happier with the service I received from Stadtke. What an incredible experience in dealing with Stadtke!From the moment Brian showed up and we went over what we were looking for I knew we were in good hands.We live in a century Victorian Home and Brian quickly came up with the solutions to each of the challenges an old home gives.Once booked the Stadtke team came in and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond expectations.We have a very busy house with 5 kids and 4 Basset Hounds and that didn't distract them at all. I was referred to Stadke Plumbing by a co-worker yesterday when my compresser tank started to leak.I spoke with Brian who guided me patiently through steps that avoided a total flood in my basement, which I am very greatful for.Two young men were sent within a few hours and the tank was fixed.As a team from the first phone call I made to the job completion all of the above were very knowledgeable, respectful, considerate and friendly.I would absolutely highly recommend this company and will have their number on speed dial in my phone.Thanks again to the entire team.Judy

This is the second time I have had to call for plumbing help. In both instances, Stadke Plumbing & Heating was quick to help. The customer service is lovely and asks all the right questions to ensure you are getting the help you need. On site, they went to work right away to identify the issue and fix it. Our hot water tank was leaking and within hours we had that diagnosis and a new hot water tank installed! Fabulous! Cost is fair too.

I wanted to encourage people that are looking for a reputable company that shows up on time, communicates with the customer, respects private property, completes the job on time and has a pleasant disposition, you can not do better than Stadtke.
