We recently bought a ride on mower from here and we were impressed by the knowledge and professional advice that we received from the staff. They took time to answer all our questions and more. It was a real pleasure to do business with them and without question we will be back in the future. The mower was of excellent quality and we highly recommend anyone to shop at this store.

Owner said he would be happy to provide pricing on our project. Never heard from him again. Over the last few weeks, I get VM and Automated Answering. Still nothing. Another missed opportunity to keep the business local.

This place has terrible service. I don't know why I kept going back I'll never use them again. It took 17 days for a tune up and a new chson when I picked up the saw the chain wasn't even ready I had to go back I got two loads of wood and the saw broke down again it's not the first time I've had a circumstance like this with this company I suggest you find business elsewhere. As well they have a serious customer issues.

There were more stink bugs in the women’s section than there was clothing. Employees were very leering and rude and the size runs on a lot of their products are not inclusive to anyone that is not a very large man.

This may be one of the worst experiences I have had with a merchant..ever! Had my chainsaw in for sharpening. They called back and said there was a repair needed and the chain needed replacing. I agreed. When I picked it up it was the same chain and the sharpening was very very poor (managed 3 cuts) and they didnt even repair it and still charged me and then put another charge on my card a few days later for who knows what. Sent a letter to the manager and no response to that or VM. No invoice, no Call. these guys are very bad news and not honest business people.

I have purchased numerous Husky power tools from them including a saw and weedwhacker. I have found the staff to be helpful, polite and every time I have been told they would call they've followed up as promised. I don't suggest going in during lunch hour as they are often swamped then but otherwise great selection of product and solid service.

I am no pro I would actually class my self as a complete new noob when it comes to chainsaws as I've never used or owned one, came in with the intent of hoping to maybe learn a little bit more about chainsaws and a couple saws that I actually found online. I was helped by a gentleman for at least 45 minutes on what to look for in buying used saws and how to properly check them. Also gave me a great feeling that I could come back and ask any question at any point in time! This felt amazing especially considering seeing a bunch of bad reviews saying that the customer service wasn't good or things like that I actually quite found the customer service to be excellent and top-notch to the point where I plan on just going back for more information and talking!

I'm truly sorry that some of you had such a negative experience with us. Unfortunately with a variety of circumstances on multiple levels in todays world we were not able to suit your needs. I honestly hope you find it in your hearts to give it another try with us when you're ready. Someday when the world is back in order a bit we can provide a more linear service. We are now able to stay open during the lunch period (12-1) because Covid-19 has settled down and we were able to aquire trained staff to make sure that all KIS employees have a fair chance to get a break during the day. Stay away from this company! Bad service, expensive and not worth your business. I brought a lawnmower in for service. Was told it would be ready in 2 days. It wasn't ready for 3 wks. I brought it in for a tune up, 200$ later no call no support. I had to rent a lawnmower twice !Beware of this company , there are lots of other service companies that value their customers.
