Julie told me that she would guarantee germination and she was spot on…..100 % germination. They all came up at the same time healthy, strong and vibrant!!The customer service is outstanding, I will never go to another place!!

Edit, after my first encounter with a poor germination rate from their seeds, the owner reached out to me and asked me to contact customer service. I am heading back to the shop tonight. Boosted the review 2 starts just for that simple reach out. Will update again once I leave and germinate the seeds. Stay tuned. But so far i can get behind anyone that stands behind their products. There is not enough of that these days.

Absolutely thrilled with the customer service. I ordered three packs of seeds and two of the three packs had only a 20% success rate. I contacted them to let them know I wasn’t thrilled with this (understanding that seeds come with no guarantee) and within minutes I had a response and they sent me a replacement seeds which were delivered super fast. I understand companies have product issues sometimes but what really matters is how they deal with these issues and stand behind their product. FANTASTIC customer service.
