Had a great experience and even more so today because I wanted to switch up my usual , so I had a few questions (hopefully I’m getting the name right) I believe it was Chantelle, the young black lady. She was so helpful and patient with helping me choose a new strain and I’ve been enjoying it a lot better than my usual. So thanks for that! Great dispensary!

Been a handful of times now and I've gotten great service every time. Staff is always helpful with choice if you don't know what you want or, get overwhelmed by the amount of choice you'll have. Hailey has helped me a few times now and she is a real gem.My only recommendation is getting a 'Staff Picks' screen. I want to know what they like!Keep up the great work.

I have been here multiple times but there is this one girl that works there with short blonde hair and is black that is incredibly rude, she rolls her eyes and has a horrible attitude, she literally makes me think twice about coming to this location. I’m too shy to explore the choices at this dispensary because asking a question is like asking a million questions for her… please fix thisI asked for a specific strain and she cut me off and made me feel stupid for asking if it was in stock, then I was basically pressured to buy an expensive product that wasn’t even worth the price. There are some great and warm and welcoming employees that work there but it’s a hit or miss when it comes to crossing paths with that employee.Veterans and Wanless is a better location staff wise.

Girl at evening shift is the worst customer service representative at this place as she doesn’t want to sell the product and there are so many places I can buy of but choosing this place is the biggest mistake so guys don’t go to this place the worst customer service as I wanna give o star

if i could give no stars I would, awful experience at this store. manager doesnt know how to properly run a store. young black lady is rude and not pleasent (rolling of eyes and huffing and puffing) . they both should find another career path.
