Overall, it has been a good experience working with Modpool, and we are very happy with the overall outcome. Our guests absolutely love the pool, and constantly comment on how cool it looks. The pool definitely added value to our vacation rental and overall property value. Throughout the installation process, Mod Pool was extremely helpful in addressing all of our questions, providing us with documents, and guiding us through the process with their expertise. We've had the pool for over a year now with no issues. Thanks modpool!

Such a poor experience. The pool was great at first. Aesthetically perfect for our house. 8 months after installation the poor quality and cheap construction materials began to shine through. The liner began to bubble. Modpools said it wasn't their problem. The window gasket failed. Modpools said it wasn't their issue. $80,000 on a pool and Modpools refuses to help and will not honor their warranty. They will take your money, blame you for their poor quality and construction, abandon their warranty commitment, and leave you with a hefty repair bill to fix all of their mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!!

We love our pool, it’s an awesome addition to our home and our backyard. We’re looking forward to years of family fun! It was however a somewhat of a challenge to get everything installed and running. We thought from ModPools’ promotional materials that we’d be up and running quickly but that wasn’t the case. We had parts that weren’t delivered with the pool, that came by courier the next day, which threw the gas installation into chaos. Also some of the fittings had to be retooled because of physical misalignment. Modpools did cover the extra cost and their support team is helpful. It would be much better though if we had a true understanding of what the installation processes and cost w actually like. For us it was another $10 K + for all the installation costs and it took several weeks, requiring a lot of coordination and back and forth with the tradespeople.

We ordered a 12x20 modpool in 2021 for a new build in Squamish. From start to finish the whole crew has been a full pro show. The design phase, delivery and especially the customer service at the end all by far exceeded our expectations. After winter our heater had a minor problem, they sent 2 tech's, swapped out a heater and had us up and running. So stoked to support a local BC company building a really quality product.

Me and my wife love our Modpool! We went for the 20'x8' Modpool with the spa as we live in Canada and wanted to use the pool year round as advertised. We just heat up the whole pool as a hot tub in the winter months even when its snowing. Our model has a window which has been a huge hit for our kids and guests. It's a really neat feature to have in your backyard as it looks great - our backyard is now definitely the hot spot for parties and get togethers. The system is very easy to use and any questions we had were answered by promptly by Modpools. We've personally experienced great customer service. All in all the product is really great and not to mention the installation is a breeze which is really what initially sold us on the product. We're looking forward to many more memories in our Modpool!!!

From start to finish, Modpools is great to work with. Their sales team was great in answering any questions we had and helping us through the entire process. The drafting department was very clear in explaining the layout and design so we knew exactly what we were getting. And then after it was installed, they continued to help answer any questions we’ve had. And the coolest part is that there were only a few questions because the design of these pools is so well thought out and put together that we have had no problems at all - just a few clarifications on operation. They have put together a great product and at a great price point.

We made the decision to purchase a Modpool after ruling out the possibility of an in-ground pool (leach lines, septic interference). We've had it about 9 months now and have loved how it's been a part of our back yard transformation. Over the summer, we were in it almost nightly, utilizing the pool and hot tub portions. We live in Ohio, and opted to keep it open over the winter, which we will not do again due to the propane/electrical costs. The idea of keeping it open in the winter is great, however realistically the usage isn't worth the cost. The only issues we've had so far is a small rust spot in the pool. When we drain it, I will repair it and Modpools provides additional spray liner. We figured there would be some rust, as you'd have with anything being wet in an outdoor environment for an extended period of time. They've been great to work with after the fact, and have assisted me with some questions. I wish they would have sent over the manuals (digital) prior to the pool's arrival so I could have a leg up on maintenance and installation. In the end, our experience with them has been positive, and I would suggest one to anyone looking for a low-maintenance, modern concept to the swimming pool.

After doing a lot of research on pools, including swim spas, we ordered a 10' Modpool in late 2017 and installed it May 2018. (Note: the 10' model has since become their upgraded 12' model).We absolutely love our Modpool! As a family with an active 6-year old girl, we're in the water 3-4 times a week, even in the winter months (we live outside of Vancouver, Canada) as we keep our pool heated and covered (thick hot tub style cover).Overall, from ordering to delivery the process was very smooth with good communication from the Modpool team on the status and ETC of our pool. Once delivered on site, we contracted a crane company and the drop into our excavated and prepped area took less than a 3 hours, and we literally were swimming in the pool the next day.The performance of the Modpool is great, nearly a year now and no mechanical issues to speak of. We did experience a few liner blisters and rust spots but those have been fixed by the company. I knew going into it that we were early adopters with a pretty new company and more importantly a brand new 10' pool size option that was just in the development stages when we ordered it.As a first time pool/spa owner, I found a local pool supply company that came out (for a fee) to walk me through the equipment and proper chemical testing/use, etc. The setup from Modpools could have included more info for newbies, but they were very helpful over the phone when I needed clarification on how to drain the pool.All in all – Modpools has delivered on its promise. We enjoy time together as a family outdoors and our backyard reno was centered around our Modpool. The only two things I would have done differently would be to order the Modwall (an extension where the access panels are to the equipment for in-ground installations – built our own, it was a pain) and now that we use the pool so much, probably should have sprung for the 20' pool. ;)

Did not enjoy purchasing experience. The company must have poor culture. Started to have issues from the start. We have replaced many of the parts already and the pool window seal failed from the beginning. The paint has pealed in many places. They don't honor the warranty nor receive constructive feedback. Just an overall poor experience. Too bad, because the concept would be good if there were committed folks at the helm.

We recently installed a Mod Pool at our new home. Wowzer, it's amazing. So easy to use, works great and looks stunning. We have the automatic cover which keeps it warm and clean. Truly blown away at how easy this pool is to use and maintain. Thank you Mod Pools for being awesome.
