Purchased two pairs of pants here and they are wrong size. Tried to exchange at the Limeridge Mall store , I had the Just Cozy bag, pants with tags and they would not even exchange for a different size. She said unless she specifically remembered me , she couldn't do it. I even offered to provide my bank statement showing I purchased them.Beware Xmas Shoppers, you can't even exchange without receipt.

Durable leggings (leggings without fleece). The leggings with fleece are not a good fit for moving around - constantly requires pulling up. I highly recommend unlined leggings.

The staff at the shop was very rude and not kind at all. We bought six shawls and when asked for bags as it is for gifting . she said I can give only two bags. Extremely dissatisfied with the shopping

Very very rude cashier. No manners to talk with customers and children. On the very first entry she yelled on my spouse and child. I would have given -1 star because these kind of behaviour to customers didn’t deserve even single star.

This company treats their staff like garbage and they do not provide their staff with lunch breaks. They undermine them and hire and fire constantly and without real reason. Uppermanagement is horrible. Labour board will even side with them. So when you have an unhappy employee serving you, it's because the company is absolute trash to work for and they are likely actively seeking better employemnt. I wouldn't even recommend supporting this company by shopping there. Their product is cheap and they pretend they're giving you a great deal by marking up the cost of the leggings to 40 buck. Excellent scammers
