I was having issues with my hot water tank. Their tech showed up on time on Good Friday ,with a new tank. He removed and reinstalled the new tank in a timely manner which also included rerouting the gas line. Also checking water pressure determined the pressure was too high and will be replacing the regulator. Great service and value.

Had a great experience with the company. My kitchen sink was clogged and they came pretty quick and helped us out and cleaned our clogged drain. The guy was very kind and polite and knew what he was doing, he fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price.

These kind folks answered my call late at night - our hot water tank broke and they were out the next morning at 7! Replaced the tank with a bigger, better version at a very reasonable price, and took the old tank at no cost. Jay was a total professional and even stayed late to fix our sink on the way out. Great value, awesome service, wonderful folks. I highly recommend!

Hot water tank died over the long weekend but thankfully Prompt had Jay come out the next morning to replace our hot water tank. Jay was very professional, knowledgeable, and took pride in completing his work to a high standard. Will definitely be using Prompt again in the future for my plumbing needs

I had a gas leak and Jay came within 48hours of us calling ready to fix the problem. He was very informative as to what needed to be done and did the job that day. Very personable, knowledgeable and a reasonable price. I will recommend this company to my friends if they ever have plumbing issues.

Jay did a great job. We appreciated how promptly he arrived and was very knowledgeable. He came to fix a leaky shut off on a Saturday and didn't charge outrageous overtime charges.

We had a hot water tank fail on a long weekend. I called Saturday night and had a Jay, one of their pros, come in on Sunday morning to install a new unit. He was courteous, updated the items that were not previously up to code, and his price was much more reasonable than some other quotes that we received. I would recommend Prompt Plumbing, especially for untimely emergencies.
