Beautiful store. Well kept, sleek. Customer service: dismal. I visited the store on December 28th to look at the paxx backpack. I’ve been eyeing this backpack in black for several weeks and took note of the boxing week sale. I asked the sales associates for the price and whether or not it was included in the sale. At first, she was unsure of herself — she said the black wasn’t on sale, but pulled out the tag to confirm. In the meantime, she suggested that I look at the olive collection. Let me just preface the remainder of this story by saying that I’d decided to purchase the backpack whether or not it was on sale.The sales associate returned with good news that the black was actually on sale for “104$” — obviously a steal. I asked her to grab me a fresh bag from the back. She returned from the back empty handed and approached the other sales rep at the counter. A few minutes later, she returned to inform me that she’d made a mistake and learned that the backpack wasn’t on sale. Once again pointed out the olive backpack, which I’d explicitly made clear I didn’t want. She made no effort to even grab a new bag from the back, just assumed that I wouldn’t purchase the bag. Quite literally the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and a waste of 30 valuable minutes. As much as I love the brand, I will not be shopping at this location — Yorkdale has far superior customer service.

Really nice store with a great selection but really this review is for the phenomenal service I received. I was helped almost immediately, and with my limited knowledge in women's bags, I got perfect recommendations for a gift which made the experience really memorable and quick!

Amazing store, great selection and helpful staff!

I was at Matt and Nat a couple of weeks ago and had an excellent customer service experience that I wanted to share with an employee - Anna.I had gone to the location to ask about a rip in a purse that I purchased in August. Anna's customer service was a 10 out of 10. She assisted me while training another employee, answering the phone and being friendly to other customers that came in the store and seriously didn't miss a beat. She apologized about the rip in my purse, gave me a ton of different options and was very patient with me while I decided what I should do.Anna seriously makes customer service look effortless. I have not gone into a store where I received such seamless and confident service in a very long time. She knew her stuff, gave me space and actually listened to what I was looking for. Well done!

Beautiful store, always clean and tidy. Great phone response, great stock. Very attentive employees, visited multiple times and always different staff but always great service.
