I find the online request really easy: I have always been called within 2 days to confirm appointment. I also have not had the same experience with the reception as some of the reviewers. The reception has always been kind to me and I have seen them be extra patient with older patients and patients who do not speak English well. I am always admitted on time and the radiographers/ technologists are super here.My only complaint is not BI's fault: If you are not a patient waiting for your appointment, don't take up a seat! The chairs are limited and often taken up by an patient's entourage. Please wait for your person outside and let someone with a health issue take the seat.

Extremely busy and incredibly disorganized. They won’t take you unless you book an appointment, but then you book an appointment and still have to wait. My appt was for 10 AM didn’t go in until almost 11 AM. Very poor experience.

The Filipina receptionist was extremely nasty for no reason - just dropping totally unnecessary remarks - not professional at all. I submitted a complaint to their head office in writing, MONTHS ago - never heard back. Even though we live in the neighborhood, we will either go to the competitors on Yonge St or book at any other place in a different area - never again this company.

I have never been treated as they have treated me here. The woman at the reception is extremely rude to everyone. Also, they are disorganized and let people in before the people who have appointments. They do not care that you have been waiting for hours even though you had an appointment before anyone else.I suggest doing some customer service training with the person at the front desk and changing this since I see everyone complains about the exact same things.The doctors performing the tests were polite and helpful. That is the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars to this place.Please respond to all the negative reviews you get from lots of unhappy patients, not only to the one 5 star review you got in the last couple months.

I had an appointment booked over the phone for which i took off from work. Once i was there, they easily said we don't see an appointment here in a very rude way. They did not apologized. And she also estimated the waiting time wrong. She said we will have an appointment in 30 mins, and i had to sit there for 50 minutes. Very bad experience. Customer service is terrible. They are not respectful.

Doctor needs to be fired and replaced by someone who is not abusing power and payroll. I am waiting for 10 days to Xray reading to be send to my Family doctor and still nothing. Even lady on phone was apolgetic about doctor and his lack of working ethic.

Checked baby structures ultrasound today and it only took 30mins without any results. It looks like unprofessional. After I searched, it should be an hour to check not only 30 mins…. Sad and sigh… As a mom to be, its so exciting to check and see my baby but after that i am very disappointed.

The receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE. I got at the clinic and said hello 2 times. She didn't reply at first and then she was: I heard you. I have ears. This is just for you, future patients, to have an idea when booking an appointment at this clinic.

I’m waiting 2 weeks for the results of ultrasound! It was so urgent and I called them many times for asking about the results ! And unfortunately they don’t care about the patients ! I don’t recommend this place for ultrasound.

I wanted to come on to echo what others have said. The central booking line is incompetent and unprofessional and it’s concerning to me that they are trusted with peoples’ medical files. The report process is lengthy, to say the least. It is impossible to get help on the phone in a reasonable time from someone who isn’t actively hostile. Today, I was asking why my report hadn’t been sent to the specialist yet (I’d signed a consent form to that affect, my specialist’s receptionist has called twice for the report and my specialist himself called right in front of me during an appointment). Despite all our collective efforts I was told today that they have nothing on file aside from my GP. How ?!? When I dared ask to speak with a manager I was told ‘I’m trying to help you’ to which I replied, ‘you’re not and we’re talking in circles which is why I want to escalate the call.’ Then the representative told me they refused to call my specialist to get the fax number themselves since we’d provided it several times to date and it’s not readily available to me (I’d have to call my specialist to get it AGAIN … we don’t fax these days … I hadn’t thought I’d need to save a fax number I wasn’t using when I’d passed it on several times already). I asked the receptionist their name and they hung up on me. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t swear, I didn’t raise my voice. I was just obviously frustrated and asking the clinic to be responsible for its mistakes instead of putting it back on me.
