Tim Hortons

I am so disappointed in their digital support and the store I go to everyday. I ordered online this past Sunday, my whole coffee order was wrong as well as they crammed 3 donuts including one with icing into one bag. I called the location it was made from, I was told the manager was busy with customers, I told them I am a customer. Asked for someone to call me back and heard from no one. I have now messaged them at least 7 times and no response. I poured almost $19.00 as well as 600 points down my sink. I have been a Tim's customer for as long as I can remember

My problem with every Hamilton east end store has no idea how to make a caramel toffee cold brew, I pay 5 dollars for. They give me what looks like a ice coffee which is 3 dollars, minus the expresso foam and fully mixed. I feel ripped off every time or treated aggressively when I question it. Please remove this from your menu as it's not a product your employees want to deal with.

The people owning TH`s now are discusting, got a chili no bun, no butter, no knife, you WANT BUTTER? Took the bun in her hand and tore it in half. No I want my money BACK, and never to go to Tim Hortons AGAIN

Roll up the rim is a JOKE!!! Not sure what's worse the wait in lines or better yet at the window while you wait for them to screw up the order then have to remake it while the cars behind line up. They can't decide if they are a coffee and donut shop or a McDonalds with the wrong sign up! At least at McDonald's the service is faster and more polite.

We came to visit our family in Hamilton from Peterborough area. We stopped at the Tim Hortons cannon st and Sanford Ave. While waiting for our order we used the washroom facility what a disgrace. The first stall toilet was dirt not flushed the second stall the same. The washroom floor had never been washed and I didn't want to walk in it.To make matters worse there was no running water in the sink which was never cleaned. This left me speechless.If this is how their washrooms are I can only imagine what their kitchens are like.We only ordered tea and coffee. I will be calling the head office. Is this what Hamilton's tim Hortons have turned into?

All the locations in Kitchener have been bought up by new people. They are destroying a once great company. I have went through the drive through many times in the last couple of months and usually they don't have what I want. Today was the last straw , I ordered a large chicken noodle soup and when I got it home and opened the lid I almost barfed. It looked like a pot of mush . I know the new people are trying to squeeze every last penny out of an already very profitable buisness. I am sure that that soup had sat for at least a week . The new people will never dispose of any food that gets old because in thier eyes that is a waste of money.The Tim Hortons of old had everything on the menue available and it was fresh. If the keep doing it this was they are doomed to send all their customers away and go bankrupt . I am done with them

Doesn't matter what location, they are all run by inconsiderate ignorant people. I order regular with milk 2 times a day. Atleast 1/5 ends up made with cream! So I began ordering as one milk and one suger". They usually reply to me in an ignorant manner "you mean a regular with milk?" Which infuriates me. Now

well you get a 2 becsuse you as a company choose to only allow customers with phones !!! to participate in your roll up contest...so if a person can't get the same opportunity as everyone else this is not a fair contest!even the dount hole for 1.00they don't get anything but,you'll take same amount of money from themwheres the justice.maybe if they won money or free coffees alo g the way they might be able to get a phone. they never asked to be in a bad situation yet.society keeps knocking them down when ever possible.hope you find a better way so everyone eho purchases a coffee has this same opportunity.thank youTracy RyeCalcary

I went to my neighborhood Tim Hortons for a coffee a few weeks ago. Lucky me (not really), I was served by operations manager S***** who was angry about some comments she thought I wrote in a Tims survey. She said I made it look bad for them. I didn't clarify that I hadn't done any surveys for almost a month so it might not be me that wrote the comments that set her off. I also didn't mention the half dozen times they got my order wrong. I did ask her if I was supposed to lie the next time I do a survey but she didn't respond.Instead of accusing me for what she assumed I did, she should have said, I'm sorry you've had some bad experiences at this Tim Hortons because we put sugar in your unsweetened coffee 6 times
