I will not be returning. I have been going to this business for years and it used to be good. It has been sold and I wanted to give them a chance. I was asked to pay before the work was completed, which should have been a clue. I had some pants hemmed and they were too short. Now I can't wear them. Also, they didn't honor the card system that was in place with the old shop, which was disappointing because I had a full card. Seems like customer service is sacrificed for money.

I've had my drycleaning done twice and will NOT be returning. The first time, I brought in a very expensive linen blazer and it was pressed incorrectly; they created asymmetrical folds where they shouldn't have been. I went back and they corrected it. I decided to give them another chance and had a slip dress and wool coat drycleaned. They charged me $25 for the slip dress and $35 for the coat. $60 for two pieces - this is $20 more expensive than the competition! I checked the coat and there was two spots that had white crusty bits which meant they clearly didn't do a thorough job. Overpriced and dissatisfactory results two times in a row.

They did an amazing job altering and mending a few pieces of clothing I had! My bridesmaid dress was not the right length and had marks on the skirt I couldn't get out when it was returned to me. If I have formal pieces of clothing I probably would choose somewhere else to get them altered, however for everyday clothing pieces, they do great work.

Went here to shorten suit sleeve. It was a Tuesday but wanted it done by Friday but she said end of Saturday, which was fine even though she nodded yes at first to Friday. Didn't want to rush them since I want it decent job done. However once I got the suit back you can tell where the buttons were taken off and the hemming of the sleeves were done in haste. I don't need perfection but it looks like it was done as a rush job. Charged me upfront too before job was completed and it wasn't cheap. It was a $10-15 more than others places but I thought it would be better since it was pricier. It was not.

I have brought several items here for mending or tailoring and have always been pleased with the results. I recently had them make me a dress for my daughter's wedding and they did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them for any tailoring work.
