The team at Loonie Times were always very professional and friendly and paid great attention to detail throughout the process. We love our Shelly at Niagara 2022! The suit really lets Shelly dance, and that's what we love about it. We love how Shelly can move as Shelly pleases – the suit allows for all different types of movement; something that was very important to us at Niagara 2022. Whether Shelly is dancing, shooting hoops, or working out, the suit is always able to follow Shelly's lead without any problems.Thank you Loonie Times for bringing our Shelly vision to life!

We had such a great experience with Loonie Times from the design process all the way to receiving our new Custom Mascot Costume. The customer service, the attention to detail, the samples that were sent to us, and the general feeling that Loonie Times was treating our mascot with as much love as we do. The mascot is awesome and we love it so much. Its looks just like our logo and we couldn't be happier with the Loonie Times Company and its employees.

We love our Moose Mascot from Loonie Times! It was a great experience working with them bringing Scout" to life. During the entire process of design through delivery I had nothing but positive interactions. The only bummer was it took around 7-8 months to complete

Loonie Times did a fantastic job with our mascot costume. They were very communicative, precise, and affordable, and everything arrived promptly on time. It was easy to take in and out of the case, and held up well over a busy week both indoors and out. The outfit was a smashing success at our event, and everyone loved it! We'd definitely recommend Loonie Times for any mascot costume needs in Canada.
