I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this company. They installed a heat pump for me and stood by their work. When we had an issue, they came to replace a faulty part. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them. Thank you!

I recently had a central air conditioner installed by Richmond heating. Very competitive pricing and very professional. Their salesman Nick was very friendly and knew his stuff. The installers ( Matt, Colin and Kevin) did a great job installing and with clean up. I would and will highly recommend Richmond heating!!

I had a furnace that stopped working and called Richmond for the first time. They came quickly and not only found the problem immediately but after fixing it the technician also cleaned the furnace and gave it an inspection. Super friendly, helpful, and very thorough. Couldn't be happier. Richmond is now in my contact list and will be my go to company for any future problems. Extremely reasonable service call cost too. Thanks for a great job.

The people at Richmond heating and air are professional from start to finish and provide excellent service. Our furnace broke down on a freezing cold night and after calling another company who claimed they couldn't get the part and we should therefore just buy a new furnace off them, we called the team at Richmond. Once Eric arrived we were back up and running with a new part in a couple of hours. Richmond is one of those old fashioned companies that looks to develop a relationship with their clients and do things properly. It is so relaxing to be working with professionals who generally want to help you. I don't usually do this but Kevin and Colin who did the installation of a new furnace plus adding vents and new intake and exhaust were great. Everything left very clean. Other than a new furnace wouldn't know anybody was here. Nick who did the quote was great too. Highly recommend Richmond Heating.

We had a furnace service call this morning from Dylan at Richmond Heating & Air and we were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that we decided to write a review. We've been a customer of Richmond's for over 25 years and have always had great service but Dylan was one of the best service techs we've ever dealt with. He made sure that we were informed about every aspect of what he was doing and he also left us with a detailed report including tips on good furnace filters to buy in order to prolong the life of our furnace. We were thoroughly impressed with Dylan and hope to see him again when we need another service appointment.

I would like to tell the owner what a great job his staff did and all the great work they did at my house. Kevin and his helper installed my Furance last week. Dillion was here today to install a new fan motor in my fireplace. You should be very proud of all your folks as if I could rate them higher then a five star I would. Great job guys. Of course our furnace stopped working just as the cold weather showed up! Richmond had someone inspect our current furnace and they gave us pricing for both a repair and a replacement as our current furnace was in its 17th year. We are very happy with our new Lennox furnace and the professional installation. Thank you to all of the staff at Richmond’s.

We reached out to Dave when we were in a pinch, he responded right away letting me know that he will have his team come swap out our water heater. Nick was able to quickly get us the proper sized heater and did routine verifications with us. Kevin and Colin came to our home exactly when we were expecting them and were extremely professional. they kept our home clean from dirt outside the home as well as anything dripping from the old water heater on the way out. After the install Kevin explained everything they replaced in full detail to us, and made sure we knew how the replacement operated. The team at Richmond Heating and Air Conditioning is very efficient, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them when you are in need of their services.
