I have had nothing but troubles with my gas fireplace. Garth came and assessed the situation and fixed the problem. He was very professional and on time. The worksite was left clean and his pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

I have hired from well known SK franchisees and hired other contractors for General maintenance/fixing work around my home. It was rarely satisfactory. Mostly, I got work done and value was lacking.Garth is different. He is insured and is capable to do big/small work. He is very professional, gives me options, never rushes, explains what is involved, and makes sure I am satisfied. This is truly 'Over The Top' customer service with punctual and quality work - I recommend Over The Top Innovations, for sure!

Garth was super easy to communicate with and made himself available when i was in a bit of a bind. I had tried to use Handyman Connection and had gotten the run around and was behind schedule and Garth saved my butt! Since that first great experience we have had him help us with other jobs and he's been phenomenal. Does a great job, true to quote, friendly. Highly recommend!
