Judging by the poorly trained staff it's obvious that the management is ineffective and needs reviewing. I have been dissatisfied a few times at this store but never made a complaint until today. The person at the customer service" was rude and ignorant. First rule of proper customer service

Love the fact that veeeery slowly but surely they're starting to put more organic food on their shelves. Still to see a champion who bestowes real sour cream (not the whole periodic table of elements in a jar) upon the dwellers of this side of the river first.

Good selection of groceries and has a nice takeout counter and prepare meals section. Some of the premade meals aren’t so tasty but most are!

I asked the person who served the meal about the price of the pieces of chicken. But I don't know why she started to laugh at me. Maybe my accent or maybe something on me, but I think it was so disrespectful.

Poor selection every time i go, some items i need they dont have anymore, and sometimes its for multiple weeks, id rather go to maxi or IGA....P.s their house brand selection merite" is dropping in quality."

The personal self scanner is amazing ! You scan the item and place it in the bag. Then you just scan the Q code and pay. The scanner also permits the price verification.

A smallish store that is often busy. Unremarkable but satisfactory in most respects. A tiny bit slow to get things on shelves and often a little crowded. Lunch time is a bit crazy due to school crowd visiting the hot food counter which is too small in space for the large rushes. The lottery desk is also super busy most times.
