LFS Dance

Fantastic dance studio offering great classes. Marilù and Lauren are dynamic, funny, gracious, very patient and their passion for dance really shines through. Even so I am not able to attend classes in person as I live on the island, their virtual classes are wonderful and their music choices are always on point. Love it!

LSF has created a fun and safe environment for people to come together and dance, get fit and learn some new dance styles! Their classes are for all levels. The instructors are encouraging and open. The choreography combines a variety of Latin, African and Hip Hop styles of dance. Whether you are looking for a great workout or to learn some new dance moves you will enjoy the classes that LFS has to offer. The other students are welcoming and friendly too, so if you are looking to make some new friends try out one of their classes. LSF has created an inclusive environment for people of all ages, fitness levels and dance backgrounds to come together and celebrate dance.

I just love our instructor . Marilu Has a way of breaking down the steps and make it fun. Great instructors , great people and Marilu is full of energy and very detail oriented. Many activities for all.
