I experienced absolutely outstanding customer service from admirable human beings. I came to the lads with a phone plan from hell where I was paying way too much for far too little.The wave employees explained how they were a multi-carrier selling multiple providers. They showed me how my plan was broken down and showed me how I could be eligible for a new smartphone.They lowered my monthly bill and got me the phone of my dreams. I am forever thankful and will ONLY shop from this location for phones solely based on how kind and helpful these professionals had been but it was nice to have recieved an amazing deal as well. 5 stars

I dealt with this Wireless Wave location to setup an installation for Rogers Ignite TV and Internet.I was blown away with the level of knowledge that was provided to me by James, who also is the manager.He was friendly and happy to demo and explain features that I or my fiancee may not be familiar with. James' first and only goal as client satisfaction as he was meticulous in his quest to find the best deal for us, which he did. He then went through what I could expect to see on my first invoice in order to avoid any type of misunderstanding on my part. At the end of our interaction, he shook my hand and told me that if there were any problems, or if I had any questions, I could give him a call or drop by the store location.Several months later, I am still enjoying my Rogers Ignite service. It was everything that James' had said it would be. And, on the odd occasion that I find myself in the Avalon Mall, if James is working I will stop by for a quick hello.If you are looking for a superior customer experience while shopping for your telecommunications needs, make sure you come here and check out what kind of deals James an his staff can cook up for you!

We have been getting our phones upgraded at this location on at least 3 different occasions in the past, and service has been second to none. Staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. While they were quite busy today and couldn't serve us right away, they quickly acknowledged our presence and offered to call us when they were free to serve us. This meant we could do other errands in the mall instead of waiting to be served.We dealt with James a couple years back, but Ade took care of us today and was very helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed, and we left very satisfied with our purchases and would definitely be returning again for our next upgrade. Thanks!

Sold me a service for my mobile device then withdrew offering this service a few months laterCompletely unprofessional.Changing my review from a one start to a two-star because my initial service was actually good. When I first purchased the phone, everything went great. However, with the follow-up service, this business completely failed. They promised lifetime warranty services and indeed continue to provide it for several weeks with drawn that warranty after I already purchased it. I got no notification of this and was essentially sold an insurance which was withdrawn a couple months later and the business blames the manufacture.

The guys working here today are the best! Ade was super helpful, patient and knew exactly how to fix my problems LOL. I lost my phone, couldn’t remember my iCloud password and he helped me get set up with a new phone and recover all my stuff I thought was gone forever!! Definitely my best experience with bell yet.

I usually get a phone every 2 years. Getting this phone was an awesome experience. Ade had to be the best person I've ever dealt with. Myself and my wife walked to every cell phone provider and not one associate can come close to the help Ade gave us. 100% recommend him if your in the market for a new phone.

It was an absolute delight being helped by DJ.He was extremely professional, super helpful and went our of his way to make sure I got the best deal . Mature student , and on a budget I wanted a new plan, with my old phone.I got an even better plan than expected and was very happy.If you need a phone , I highly recommend talking to DJ before going to any of the other major providers. The deal I got , was well over 100 with the major providers. I'm paying half of that for 8gb unlimited nationwide . You can't beat it .Thanks DJ and associate.

Two years ago my partner and I spoke to a good friend who had recently upgraded her phone with Wireless Wave. She said she had amazing customer service and the promotions were definitely worth looking into.After shopping around online and not really getting any satisfaction from those we spoke to from the service provider, we took my friend's advice and checked out Wireless Wave. There we spoke with Colin and James who set us up with brand new phones. My partner even traded in his phone and got credit to use on some gear. Both guys were very knowledgeable and helped us set up our phones and even applyed my screen protector!That was two years ago and I remember it as such an amazing customer experience. So much so that over the weekend we visited Wireless Wave again and were so happy to see James again to upgrade my partner's phone. He set him up with a new phone. I also decided to get a new phone but the color I wanted wasn't in stock. James advised me that he would get it in for me if I was interested with the chance it could be in within 48 hours and to get in contact with him the next day. That was yesterday; now I'm actually writing this on my new phone that James got in for me!With the pandemic currently happening it would have been so easy to just go online. But these guys review every thing possible and make sure you're leaving with the best deal they can provide. They go above and beyond for their customers and that's what keeps us going back.
