I ditched my car in my lane today. It wasn't a priority as I wasn't on the road and I was safe. I called caa and they told me approximately 70 minutesMakes sense on a winter day . Minutes later I got an update from caa. Then Chris from Rowe's called to verify the address. He was given the wrong address but knew the area well enough to question it. He was there within 20minutes. I felt like the car could roll down the embankment but he reassured me. He was professional and confident and had me out in minutes. This guy knew what he was doing. He was kind, courteous and professional. I was very impressed.

I used Rowe motors for towing. They were affordable, patient, Chris went above and beyond and not only got me out but made sure I was able to get fully out of my lane . Very friendly. Would definetly recommend . A+++

I bought a vehicle from Jim who worked there back in 2016 and he agreed upon 9000 for it I wanted to be biggest warrenty son I didn’t run into outrageous cost like I did with the car and he agreed for 2500 additional when warrenty was 2800. However said that he actually had it listed for 11,5000 but would sell for the nine grand however the paper work he kept updating he would take the old one from me and up date give me the new one wasn’t even the tight paperwork he should have give. It was my first and I asked about the warrenty he said it was all done and I had the same attention when it was all said and done they allowed me to use the van when needed and pay off on it. Six months the rest was paid off Which was nice but in the end I was sold a vehicle with no warrenty which he agreed to sell for nine grand with the 2500 for warrenty when in reality that was the original price of the van to begin with so he nipped me the warranty and. Did not do the proper paper work and. He guaranteed by taken the last updated paper he did when I made a payment that. I wasn’t gonna have the original one for nine grand then, I refuse to take my vehicle there where they ripped me off. Big time. I’ve had nothing but major issues with the van I tried going to them asking about the warranty and I got no where Jim’s no longer there the one girl who I was told to ask isn’t there either I kept getting the run around. I spoke with a friend who’s a relative of Jamie Rowe and I still had t heard of anything. If your looking at buying a vehicle watch buying there they did not do paper work or reciepts properly and. Didn’t sell for the agreed upon price and ripped me off a warrenty. And they never made it right

My truck wouldn't start. After spending 45 minutes in -17C temperature, trying to boost my battery, Rowe motors loaded my 2017 Yukon on a flat deck to Canadian tire to install a new battery in a warmer place.After the new battery failed to fix my problem, i had it towed to Rowe to diagnose and fix my problem. I was delighted to be informed that the top of my fuse box was loose and after securing the lid properly, the truck started right up!Rowe Motors call me and said there was NO CHARGE!. It is reassuring that there are still honest business's somewhere. I would definitely recommend this company !Brian Guthrie

Got support from Rowe Motors as a call from CAA for a flat tire. Was helped by Chris Harper who was incredibly knowledgeable in helping us find the issue with our tire right away. He took meticulous care of my vehicle during our tow that was over 1.5 hours away from home and was incredibly nice and funny which made the long drive home a lot more enjoyable. Thanks a ton Chris!
