I do all my small-parcel shipping with Shiptime. They are quick to resolve problems and provide good rates. They have a heroic support team and I enjoy their sense of humour.

Once again, I have given shipTime a chance and Purolator lost my package... sorry they can't locate the package" I shipped almost two weeks ago. They told me that Purolator has 30days to find the package. Unfortunately the client that we made parts for can't wait for those specialty parts we made for them. Completely unacceptable service."

Even though I eventually had to cancel my order with Shiptime due to a missed pickup of my mistake, I really want to give a huge shout-out to their customer service, especially Latha. She was incredibly understanding and patient throughout the whole process. Being honest, I was pushy and insistent because I had to move out on that day. But Latha went above and beyond, helping me get confirmation from the carrier and staying responsive the entire time. Let's make sure customer service like hers never goes out of style!

Ship Time is a great company to connect to. There are many options. The billing is easy and it's to find old invoices. We haven't had any problems with the shipments being delivered.
