The owner is really nice and seems enthusiastic about the antiques they sell, looking forward to stopping again in the future! Just a heads up, they have moved locations to 103 John Street - we had a bit of a hard time finding the place since Google Maps wasn't updated, but their website/Instagram were.

You just can't buy anything from there. They are actively working not to sell things. Wonder why?

The service was beyond atroucious. Walked in with my wife and two small ones. The lady was behind her desk on the computer the whole time. She did not look up or even acknowledge us. We were the only ones in the store and got this vibe that we were not welcomed. We left shortly after going to a different antique store.

You can't seem to buy anything in this place, no matter how hard you try! I've visited countless times, and almost always find something I like. However, when I have asked the sales person how much an item costs, on numerous occasions they have stated that the owner is away and they cannot reach him. They have no authority to name a price, and so, they take your name and number and say they will call you back. Except, they either 1) never call you, 2) call you and say they are still determining the price or 3) say the item is no longer for sale. This place is FULL of items not marked with prices, and good luck to you if you'd like to purchase something. It's frustrating as someone who wants to be a customer...why have a store if you're unwilling to sell your products?

They seem to specialize in furniture; not my cup of tea. The entire time we were there the sole staffer was on the phone. As a result, our presence was not acknowledged. A little lacking in the aspects of customer service; hence, the 3 star rating.
