Everything in-store needs to be ordered in rakes about two weeks to call in, and the staff there are disrespectful and rude, and I will not go there unless I have to.

We're in the midst of a bathroom renovation. I had called asking to see what linoleum options they had available to match my kitchen. The lady who had answered was not only super helpful, but she texted me photos of what they had in stock so I could choose over the phone. Very happy with the service at Schiller Floors.

Customer service doesn't get any better than this. From start to finish they are amazing, for them it's all about what makes you happy. They take lots of time to help you decide what you really want, are affordable, and respond to msgs promptly. Highly recommend!!!
