Purchased a part for a tv that i needed for someone and the lady actually had it in stock after i checked about 20 other places, lady was talkative and i enjoyed the visit to pick up the part i needed..

Has many things ya need ya cant find locally. But prices are crazy. 4 times normal prices in some cases.

Proprietor recommended two electronic cleaner products to help with cleaning my old integrated amp circuits and controls. I purchased both (Super Duster/Electrosolve). The first product did the job so I did not need to use the Electrosolve. The next business day the proprietor would not accept a return/refund for the Electrosolve ($19.98+tax).Be aware that all sales are final at this store! If you question this, the proprietor will gladly show you his handwritten, ‘All Sales Are Final’ sign, located somewhere on the cluttered counter. First, he might have to move aside a few items covering that sign.In fairness, this was my first visit to the store (locally owned/operated), wrongly assumed return/refund would be accepted, and failed to ask the proprietor about this policy before bringing my business to him. Perhaps the proprietor should first clearly communicate the ‘All Sales Are Final’ policy to all new customers at time of sale?
